📖 How DLS Method Works

Resource Percentage — Each team has 100% resources (overs × wickets in hand). The DLS table assigns a % to each over-wicket combination.

Rain Interruption — When overs are lost, the resources lost are calculated from the DLS table for wickets remaining at that point.

Target Adjustment — If Team 2 has fewer resources than Team 1, the target is reduced proportionally. If more, it's increased using G50 (average score).

Final Target — Team 2's revised target = Team 1's score × (Team 2 resources ÷ Team 1 resources), rounded up by 1.
