Build Your Squad

Go to the Squad tab and add all your employees with their name, hourly rate, and role. Each person gets a unique colour avatar.

💡 Rates can be edited anytime from the Squad tab.

Set Pay Rules

Hit Pay Rules to configure OT thresholds, double-time rules, weekend rates, and time rounding. Fully customizable.

💡 Default is US-standard: OT after 8 hrs/day or 40 hrs/week.

Use the Punch Clock

Hit Clock In when you start. The live timer runs in real-time. Hit Clock Out and it auto-fills your entry form instantly.

💡 Times are auto-filled — just add a break and hit Add Entry.

Set Your Hours Goal

Set your weekly target in the Goal Tracker. The ring fills up as you log hours and warns you when OT is getting close.
